KU Fort Lauderdale Students Join Clinical Instructors to ‘Knock-Out’ Parkinson’s Disease

Keiser University Fort Lauderdale campus Physical and Occupational Therapy Assistant program students recently enjoyed participating in a walk to support Parkinson’s Disease research. Complete with a boxing ring lesson which addressed functional movement deficits, the event provided coeds the opportunity to “knock out” Parkinson’s disease as they teamed with clinical instructors from the Florida Movement Therapy Center Group.
