Keiser University is pleased to announce that for the eighth year in a row, leaders of its Online Division are among those included as Anthology 2024 Catalyst Award winners.

Keiser University Online Division Vice Chancellor Sherry Olsen, Director of Instructional Design Marcel Laronde, Associate Director of Instructional Design Neha Prakash, and team members were recognized as Assessment and Institutional Effectiveness category winners for their efforts in growing their assessment practices and influencing positive behavioral changes using Anthology solutions.

As a leading provider of education solutions that support the entire learner lifecycle, Anthology’s Catalyst Awards program highlights the innovative use of technology in support of student success for the global educational community. This year, 35 winners were selected from among 108 nominees from institutions across 19 countries. Honorees will be recognized at the upcoming Anthology Together conference, one of the world’s largest EdTech conferences, taking place July 15-17 in Orlando, Florida.

Keiser University was a trendsetter in virtual learning when it began offering online education in 1998 through an agreement with e-college which offered one of the first virtual learning environments available to colleges and universities. Since 2013, every registered course at Keiser University has included an online learning shell that provides users with a platform for communication and content sharing. Though not utilized by every on-ground course, the shell allows faculty to quickly transition the course to virtual learning.
