Pitch Contest Unveils Artificial Intelligence Tools, Pet Care Ideas, and More

Keiser University’s Seahawk Tank Pitch Contest recently unveiled several innovative ideas and inventions as eight students from Keiser University’s Florida and Nicaragua campuses competed for $10,000 in prizes.

Held at Keiser University’s West Palm Beach Flagship Campus under the direction of Professor George Stamas, finalists presented well-researched ideas, including an artificial intelligence-powered marketing assistant to manage advertising, a subscription-based pet care service, a virtual fundraising platform, an electronic “secretary” concierge service, and more.

The winners were:

First Place

Hamilton Thurman – Fort Lauderdale Campus – $3500

Business Idea: Adelo AI – An all-in-one AI-powered marketing assistant to manage advertising

Second Place

Marcelo Espinoza and Team – San Marcos, Nicaragua Campus – $2500

Business Idea: Easy Pet – A subscription-based pet care service that delivers curated health and grooming services

Third Place 

James LaGrassa – Melbourne Campus – $1500

Business Idea: A virtual fundraising platform that helps non-profit organizations maximize donations

The remaining five contenders were awarded $500 each:

Blake Perry – Flagship Campus
Business Idea: Game On – A mobile laser tag company offering customer convenience

Carlos Trinidad Sancho – Flagship Campus
Business Idea: Go Speedy – An electric car-sharing service offering opportunities to rent cars on demand and return at designated areas

Fisthnise Saint-Breux – Pembroke Pines Campus
Business Idea: LuAllure – An innovative bathing cloth accessory providing comfort and convenience

Khadeem McIntosh – Flagship Campus
Business Idea: Pocket Secretary – An application providing personalized concierge services to assist individuals and companies with managing tasks

Valentina Vasquez and Team – San Marcos, Nicaragua Campus
Business Idea: The ALO – An application linking users to a network of domestic service plumbing, gardening, and cleaning experts
