Keiser University’s Port St. Lucie Campus recently welcomed over 90 high school students to share information relating to the Criminal Justice and Psychology fields.

Led by Psychology Instructor Dr. Blair Buckman and Criminal Justice Program Chair Helen Henderson and Instructor Kim Major, the Fort Pierce Central, Westwood, Treasure Coast and St. Lucie West Centennial High School students enjoyed participating in hands-on activities. The group rolled up their created sleeves as they joined psychology class students to construct stress balls and to paint rocks with abstract images.

They then donned investigative hats as they addressed a mock ‘suspicious intruder’ scenario. Charged with investigating the case, they divided into four groups and were required to pose the ‘right’ questions in order to discover hidden evidence.
