Keiser University Flagship Campus Students, Faculty and Staff Enjoy Wellness Day

Thanks to Psychology and Nursing program directors Dr. Robin Schupper and Dr. Kelly White, Keiser University Flagship campus students, faculty and staff recently enjoyed an interactive day of physical and emotional wellness presentations and displays.

As part of a series of interactive presentations, Keiser University professors and community members shared insight relating to a variety of areas relating to relaxation and its benefits, the effects of vaping, marijuana and alcohol use, eating disorders, international wellness perspectives, posttraumatic stress disorder, improvisation and its emotional and physical benefits, wellness activism and more.

Guests also enjoyed interactive displays and wellness stations, and the evening was topped off with an improvisational and stand-up Comedy Hour led by Seahawk Nation professors.
