Keiser University West Palm Beach Campus President Receives Leadership Excellence Award

Keiser University West Palm Beach Campus president Kimberly Lea was recently awarded the Leadership Palm Beach County (LPBC) private sector Leadership Excellence Award at the Palm Beach County Convention Center.

Lea, a 2016 LPBC graduate, was recognized for her dedication and consistency in leading her team and its students while developing vital community relationships. As an educational leader known for her expertise, support, and commitment to shaping the future of her students, she believes deeply in supporting and mentoring them as they reach for the stars.

Enthusiastically serving on numerous boards, the mother of four enjoys supporting organizations which are dedicated to promoting education while transforming the lives of women and children. Actively involved with the Executive Women’s Foundation and the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches, Lea also focuses on positive change by regularly collaborating with community partners from the Palm Beach County Economic Council, Business Development Board, Literacy Coalition, Education Foundation, Palm Beach Central Chamber, and more.

Leadership Palm Beach County (LPBC) is a nonprofit organization that brings together leaders from the public, private and nonprofit sectors to build and steward a vibrant, interconnected community. Since 1983, our unique programs have prepared more than 1,700 adult and youth leaders for a lifetime commitment to doing public good. Our participants and alumni are engaged in improving our region because they have deepened their civic commitment and awareness of diverse issues and industries.
