KU Sarasota Student Enjoys Radiologic Technology Industry Leadership Program

Keiser University Jacksonville campus Radiologic Technology program student Melissa Axiotis recently enjoyed attending an industry leadership seminar held by the American Society of Radiology Technology (ASRT) in Orlando, Florida.

Axiotis was selected following the submission of her essay titled Student Leadership, and was thankful to gain an insider’s look into the world’s largest association of medical imaging professionals by attending presentations and participating in the ASRT House of Delegates.

The American Society of Radiologic Technologists is the premier professional association of people working in medical imaging and radiation therapy through education, advocacy, research and innovation and is the largest association of radiologic technologists world-wide. The Florida Society of Radiologic  Technologists (FSRT) is one of the 54 affiliates along with 30 chapters including 4 military chapters.
