KU Students from Jacksonville and Orlando Enjoy NASA Space Center Tour

Students from Keiser University’s Jacksonville and Orlando campuses recently enjoyed a behind-the-scenes tour of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).

Offered as a joint venture, NASA welcomed Connie Blevins and Bethany Wright to the group of over 30 attendees.

In addition to a heart-touching tour of the Space Shuttle Columbia, the group studied how NASA communicates and strategizes both internally and externally to ensure every space exploration mission is a success. Attendees also enjoyed visiting  Swamp Works, NASA’s rapid innovation system laboratories and were able to further enjoy viewing the Dream Chaser Cargo System spaceplane, the site for the OMEGA rocket, and various launch pads.
