New Histology Students Show Off Class Projects
The KU Orlando campus began the newest cohort for the Histotechnology program. Right off the bat in the Intro to Histology class, the new students jumped in head first to complete projects on a variety of projects. Instructors Renee Cabral and Komal Gada guided them on understanding their chosen topics. The class had fun while learing about a diverse range of topics, including:
- Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy
- Lab safety
- Patients of the past
- Hazardous waste
- Histology art
- History of Histology
- Zebra Fish
- HIV
- Ratnaud disease
- OSHA standards
