KU Port St. Lucie Campus Leaders Introduce Area High School Students to a Variety of Career Paths

Keiser University Port St. Lucie campus leaders recently met with high school students to introduce career options relating to medical professions including Nursing, Dietetics and Nutrition, Medical Assisting, Biomedical Science, Radiologic Technology, Massage Therapy, and Sports Medicine and Fitness Technology.

Coeds from Martin County, Jensen Beach and South Fork high schools enjoyed gaining hands-on experience relating to several career paths as they extracted DNA, learned how to safely perform a medical injection, tested strength and Body Mass Index, performed x-rays, and more.
