People attending the Florida State Fair in Tampa had no shortage of fun things to see and do including rockin’ rides, free entertainment, interesting cultural and agricultural exhibits, shopping, and of course, lots of fantastic fair food. Among all the action, KU Medical Assisting students from the Clearwater and New Port Richey campuses performed more than 50 wellness checks for fairgoers.

At their booth, students offered non-invasive health checks such as blood pressure measurements and heart rate checks. It was also a great opportunity for students to share more about Keiser University and what they are learning.
