Professional Development Conference at KU Orlando Campus Prepares Students for Workforce Demands
The Keiser University Orlando campus’ Professional Development Conference recently offered almost 200 students the opportunity to connect with over 30 employers.
The event is designed to prepare college students for the campus’ Spring Career Expo to be held in April. Employer representative sessions such as “How to Ace the Career Expo” and “Getting the Interview” prepared students to maximize professional opportunities while fine-tuning their employment search skills through improved resume and cover letter composure and interviewing techniques.
The group is thankful to receive credit for Keiser University’s Leadership Distinction Program events which prepare them for workforce demands.
