‘Invest in Yourself’ Panel Provides Healthcare Industry Insights

Keiser University’s West Palm Beach Campus recently welcomed Junior Achievement of the Palm Beaches and Treasure Coast leaders as they presented an ‘Invest in Yourself’ healthcare panel to community members.

Moderated by Leadership Palm Beach County Executive Director Greg Quattlebaum, participants included Keiser University Nursing Program Director Dr. Rosemarie Graczkowski, College of Chiropractic Medicine Assistant Professor Dr. Alexander Castellano, President and CEO of Palm Health Foundation Patrick McNamara, motivational speaker and otolaryngology surgeon Dr. Kalpana Sundar, and local community advocate and Founder and CEO of Limitless Medical Logs Jordan Ray.

The group weighed in regarding how they have applied their passions and skills to launch successful careers, healthcare skills that will be in demand within the next 5 to 10 years, mental health advocacy and resources, the value of education to the future of healthcare, and more. Guests were also able to learn more about Ray’s inspiring journey from a brain surgery survivor to an entrepreneur, and how the experience motivated her to develop a company with a mission to help patients prepare for upcoming appointments by regularly tracking pain, symptoms, concerns, and questions.

The in-person and virtual week-long initiative also included three in-school sessions which were made available to local educators in Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Hendry, and Indian River Counties to share with students.
