KU Orlando Campus Students Delve Into Civil Responsibility

KU Orlando campus Sports Medicine and Exercise Science students recently learned more about civil responsibility and its implications, thanks to guest speaker  Steeve Beloni Correa Dielle Dias, a Brazilian lawyer from the office of Dielle Dias, Advogados, and Associates.

The group was able to gain insight relating to the different facets of civil responsibility such as measures of fault, as well as the burden of proof and emotional trauma, and how the pair play a role in allied health fields.

Professor Dias is the Chief Prosecutor of the Regional Council of Physical Education and a Professor of Maritime Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná. He is pursuing a Doctorate in Economic Law and Development and holds a Master’s degree in Law.
