Psychology Students Receive Clinical Education Certificates

Keiser University Pembroke Pines campus Bachelor of Arts in Psychology students were recently awarded their first set of certificates for clinical education.

Thankful to celebrate the important milestones of academic progress, the group, including many online participants who visit campus to participate in the clinical experience once or twice a week, will be presented a certificate for every 35-hours of clinical education they complete.

The Keiser University Pembroke Pines campus initiated the on-campus clinical experience in April 2018 for students to enhance counseling skills that will assist them once they are out in the field. Student counseling experiences are videotaped and then played back as feedback is provided by team teachers Dr. Frances Yahia, Program Chair and Mrs. Adriana Repaci.
