Keiser University Welcomes Shanghai Campus Students to the United States

Keiser University recently welcomed students from its Shanghai, China campus to the United States.

The English as a Second Language (ESL) and summer camp learners were delighted to experience American culture for the first time as they got to know Keiser University faculty and staff members while exploring the 100-acre Flagship campus and surrounding area. The two-week experience was designed to prepare the group for their return next summer when they complete their bachelor’s degrees.

“As the group visited the United States for the first time, it was heartening to see them enter the Flagship campus and be welcomed by their Chinese flag. They’d  met with Dr. Keiser this past spring in Shanghai, so it was exciting for them to be able to reunite with him here in the United States as they connected with faculty and staff members to learn more about the curriculum,” said Xun Li, Keiser University’s Associate Vice Chancellor of International Affairs.

In addition to on campus presentations, the Keiser University international student group also enjoyed exploring fabulous Florida destinations including Universal Studios, the local governmental center, the Kennedy Space Center, an amphibious ‘Diva Duck’ tour of Palm Beach County’s intracoastal waterways and downtown areas, and more.
